Printer was in immaculate condition. Very pleased. Had no problems assembling and calibrating. My first print turned out great. I am experienced with 3D printing. If you are new to 3D printing, realize that there is a learning curve and it's challenging. It will take time to figure out how everything works. Your settings, calibration, model, filament and everything else need to be just right and if the print fails, don't assume the printer is the problem.

Great deal for a good starter 3d printer.. Took about 45 mins to assemble and with the cr touch bed leveling system that it comes with, there was NO NEED TO LEVEL THE BED! This was the biggest pain in the butt with all my older printers.. THIS MADE IT PERFECT WITHOUT ME DOING ANYTHING! I'm thrilled with my purchase and I've already printed several awesome prints.

seller communication could have been a little better, as I didn't get a tracking number for my package and it showed up with no notice or warning (wife didn't know I had ordered so she wasn't thrilled when it showed up without me telling her). Otherwise, I am incredibly happy with this transaction. The printer I received needed a couple of screws that were missing and had a groove melted into the bed surface in one spot. prints great after assembly and being reset to default for settings.
