    Although my alarm had the same model # on it, it was black with controls on the side and magnet on the top which is different than pictured. It was plenty loud, in fact too loud even on the low setting, but it was dependable and worked every time without draining the 9V battery to quickly. Note: the directions said it would alarm for 2 seconds and shut off for 3 seconds (or visa versa) in order to save energy and for comfort to the patient, but mine just alarms loud with no pauses in the alarm. Good quality for the price but they do have 2 different models with the same model # printed on them maybe due to the year of manf.

    Good enough.

    I had to add 30 feet of fishing line to put the alarm in the hallway. It was hard to set off the alarm. The plastic around the magnetic base was raised enough to interfere with the magnet slipping away from the base. Sanding the plastic away and adding vaseline fixed the problem. Otherwise good enough.
