One of the Top Coat Bottles was broken and leaked within its wrapping, so not sure how it was missed when picking the order prior to shipping. This product is a powder not a cream. The title is a bit misleading. And I asked the seller what the product was and was told cream, but it is a powder. The color is a bit lighter than pictures. Regardless, the seller sent it packaged well, and replied quickly when I messaged afterwards. They also refunded me when I requested a refund.
