Seller received my FRM3R at the end of the day Monday the 18'th and mailed it back to me on Thursday the 21'st. Seller had some kind of emergency come up, otherwise they would have done it same day. So I can't really fault them too much. I am really happy with the communication though: they replied to my messages right away and kept me up-to-date on the status of the repair. I tested it in my car today and it works great, so they saved me a lot of money. Overall I'm happy.
