Spent almost $400 dollars for an RC car & it came with a bad battery, had to send it back, ordered another one, politely asked seller to make sure the second one worked, finally received the second RC car a month after my grandsons Bday and the battery is already swollen & won't take a charge, the car itself doesn't work & the antenna is broke off the remote. Horrible experience

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. All the vehicle are inspected prior to be shipped out. It is possible that during transportation the antenna broke off. On the purchased car the battery pack was OK and just needed to be charged. On the second car we will need to check, as a swollen battery is usually the consequence of a battery that has been overcharged or overdrawn. A defective battery from the manufacturer would have a dead cell and/or loose charge, easily checked with a lipo checker.
