The engine was in rough shape after transport in a replacement box. It was not ready to run as stated in the listing. It needs reconstruction to make it serviceable on the layout track. Packaging was not sufficient to ensure no damage to the engine. It was loose in the box and rattled around in shipment. The packing job did not justify the cost of shipment charged. However, the engine does run and the linkage is in good shape. Thankfully, this seller does not do much in the train world.
