The seller was verbally hostile in her interactions with me when I inquired as to when I’d receive the item. Telling me about a medical procedure, harassing me about reaching out for a full refund when product didn’t ship out to me. After several exchanges, seller referred to me as a self entitled, 30 something narcissist and that because I live in California, that explained why. I purchased jeans, I paid for them, I never got them, then asked for a refund, fairly standard IMO.

. She is telling part truth. I did have surgery, and her pants were late. I CONTACTED HER, I Explained the surgery, said I was sorry for late shipping, and that if it was ok with her I would give her the pants free. Only because I was late shipping. Great deal right? NO RESPONSE FROM HER AT ALL, UNTIL SHE OPENED A CASE the next morning, never responded. At that point I refunded fully, instantly! I had to ask this lady NOT TO CONTACT ME AGAIN, that she was refunded!
