    I was highly skeptical that I would receive a working product at this price point. But it works perfectly. Lots of small cosmetic damage, but that was disclosed and to be expected. But the adapter and docking station work perfectly fine. I cannot speak on the return policy or communication since I did not need it, but at least they send working products.

    Great little docking station

    This is a very nice little compact docking station that provides a USB type "C" connector and handles both the Thunderbolt and Display Port protocols making it usable for numerous laptops. It can drive several large monitors, has USB I/O and an ethernet interface. For those wondering yes it will also keep your laptop charged.

    It works great! Good quality, looks just like new and hooked up to my Dell laptop and Dell monitors easily. I purchased this as a replacement since my original docking station, the thunderbolt cord seemed to not be working properly and sometimes the monitors would work and sometimes not, sometimes the keyboard and mouse would work and sometimes not. After several trial and error tests, realized it was the thunderbolt cord from the docking station to the laptop. Very satisfied with this product and works great.

    Junk that doesn't work well, at least with Windows 10 Dell's

    This thing isn't really very good. It never actually turns the system on when you hit the button. You always have to open up the case, turn it on, pray, and wait.
