      The sweater was not what I wanted or ordered. I offered to ship it back at my own expense and the seller replied that it was my fault for not nowing how to use ebay to upload photos and that the sweater was a "steal". I don't know how much money this seller makes ripping off people but $50 for a sweater I can't wear doesn't seem like a steal to me. Really don't think the customer service here is going to win any awards. Buyer be ware.

      Hello, I apologize the sweater is not what you wanted. However as stated in my listings I do not accept returns for fit or personal preference. Because you opened a case stating the item wasn't as described, ebay makes the seller pay shipping both ways. Only uploading a photo from my listing does not help me understand what the issue is, I was not blaming you, but trying to understand. $35 (the selling price) for a St John sweater IS a steal in my opinion. This was a no win situation.
