    I responded to this buyer immediately, apologized, and requested an image of the white cage. When I received the image of the white cage, I refunded this customer fully and allowed the customer to keep the white cage. The customer got a full refund and a free cage and still left a bad review for a mistake because the refund was refunded IMMEDIATELY in seconds. This was a very pushy and horrible experience.
