I bought this for myself. When received, the small acrylic piece itself had a scuff across it and I messaged the seller to let them know. She responded that she doesn’t do refunds or exchanges, but I can send it back and not only be responsible for shipping it back, but she would deduct the shipping (which was free to me originally). I wasn’t asking for anything, but the response makes me think she already knew. She also increased the price up by another $20 when I checked the listing

This buyer is not will not comply by policy. I offered a refund as long as she takes the picture of it. I do need to deduct the shipping the second time as I have already paid for shipping the first time. She is refusing to do any of the above and says she is NOT asking for anything? This tells me she is making a false claim. Item is fine if you do not send picture of damage.
