    Complicated programming, easy to install.

    Like others said, there is a learning curve. Once familiar with the programming process, this thing works like a champ. Very flexible for custom kiln firing schedules. Plug and play installation was a bonus. Only thing I had to do was enlarge the existing thermocouple hole in my kiln. Other than that it was a breeze. I can't give it 5 stars because of the learning curve required for programming.

    It solved the issue i had with not being able to reliably control my kiln temperature, simple to use once the learning curve is tackled. I do recommend this!
