    Item didn’t arrive as described, the products looked to have been opened and missing product suggests to me that’s it’s been tampered with. As the seller was unhelpful eBay stepped in with a return label. I did intend to send the item back, but being sick I’ve missed the deadline. The seller even contacted me to accuse me of getting a refund, no refund I’ll just have to cut my losses and gladly forgo any refund so I can content myself with the negative feedback I’m leaving here. BUYER BEWARE

    The shampoo was received with a broken cap and contents leaked in the soft packaging. There was no bubble wrap or protection around the bottle although the seller indicated that was their procedure. I forwarded pictures of the packing and broken bottle asking for a refund or replacement. In fairness the seller offered to take a return but given the condition of the bottle I did not opt to return since there was no way to secure the contents.
