Item arrived safe & on time; well packed & included 2 sets of the bits needed to clean my smart-phone screen prior to application. No instructions, but plenty of help is on youtube. The description says 'tempered glass' but it really felt & sounded like plastic; I can't be sure, because naturally I didn't really try to see whether it would bend or shatter. Once fitted, it works perfectly regardless of whatever material it is. Happy Buyer.
