    This Series is perfect for my needs with older multitrack machines.

    This Series is circa 2005, and is just right for my application. I upgraded from 40GB to 160GB, which has compatible Firmware, expanded Buffer 2-8, 40-160GB, and runs very smoothly and quieter than the 40 so far. They are available, though most are Used, they still work very well.

    This is a great Product

    This Hard Drive works like a charm, does not give me any problems and always have trusted this name. The features it has is great with fast responsiveness when doing searches on the hard drive and fast transfers too. I think it is one of the best drives out there, and I can say this because I have a few of these drives that I use on my computer and age is no problem because it just keeps on kicking. I purchased this HD to use the controller card to get another old HD I have to work, of course of the same type and model, it had a bad controller card and needed it to recover some information on it and after installing the card, kept it there since the hard drive is in like new condition. Even though the old controller card didn't work this one got my HD up and running again. I will just keep ...

    HDD review

    I bought this to revive my old computer. I installed my operating system. A short time later, I realized that my computer had other issues to keep it going. It was no fault of the Seagate hard drive. I just wish I could of used it more than 4 hours.

    Works like a charm.

    Seagate is a dependable brand. Buying used is as good as buying new. The only difference is the money you save.
