You sent me the wrong part. You sent the wrong part without the tools needed to do the job. Your ad shows that the tools are included and the part I ordered is not in the bag you sent me. I want a refund. Will be opening a claim for refund, however that is done. Item was also a bit roughed up inside envelope. I am unhappy despite the rating being positive because I needed this phone fixed and it is now unfixed, open, and will be in that state for at least another week. New part diff seller.
