The rug is beautiful and a true depiction of the quality. However, the manner of the packaging of the rug caused it to be wrinkled which was difficult to remove.

Gently turn the rug face down and reverse roll it. Leave the rug rolled & tie it up for a day or two. When you unroll the rug it should lay flatter and no creases

ordered 2 tri color hides and the seller sent black and white hide. When contacted they offered a $30 refund on an order that was $239. Seller never tried to contact me and ask about filling the order with black and white, just sent the wrong colors. Buyers beware this company will take your money quickly and then try and say they do the best they can with inventory they have instead of saying they cant fill order. Theft by deception in my opinion!

Dear customer , we already talked to you that if you don't like our rugs you can return the rug and we will give you full refund. but you want refund and keep the rug aswell .and which we not agreed on this

Came from Pakistan, this seller is just a middle man. Buyer beware. To good to be true, will get my hides elsewhere. Cost of returning is prohibitive since it's at buyers cost.
