Excellent customer service, great communication, fast shipping. The product was good quality, great materials and looks very good. For my 2001 VFR 800 FI, it required three adjustments. 1. The bolt needed to be cut a little shorter. 2. The "unique part fit for Honda model" needed to be sanded down a eighth of an inch. 3. A nylon spacer was added to take up some of the slack. Well worth the effort, the device works well. Its not electronic cruise control, it does relieve wrist strain.
