Shipping was fast and I was able to program it myself. Just be sure to be close to the soundbar. Other than that it took me know time to program and adjust the bass, etc. I love vizio sound bar ( 1 long sound bar, 2 small speakers and the bass speaker). Once I set it up, it sounds like I am in the movie theater. I would recommend buying the replacement remote.

Exactly as described. However, I am disappointed in the packaging. All that protected the remote was a plastic sleeve inside another plastic sleeve inside a plastic shipping envelope (see picture). Still it arrived undamaged and in perfect working order, so maybe the seller knows more about shipping than me.
