    When I ordered this item, the expected delivery date was by Dec. 23. I contacted the seller when it didn't arrive. They had mailed it untracked, so I had no idea where it was. It was shipped from CA and had to come to me across the country. The seller responded quickly and said that an error had occurred, and my order had gotten lost.     Almost perfect humane mouse trap

    This would be a 5-star product, but it only catches mice under a certain size. I wish the manufacturer would make them in a larger size. This particular model very effectively catches mice around 2" long. The bigger mice over 2" long just go in and out of it at will. Still, it has been AWESOME for the smaller ones. It's fairly transparent, so the mice are visible when trapped. It recommends setting the mouse in the trap outside to chew through the cracker (or graham cracker) to set itself free; however, I like to break the cracker and release the mouse immediately. If you are afraid of contact with the mice, do not do this. Overall, this humane trap is SO much better than the smaller, opaque gray type humane traps.

    Too Small

    I've had humane traps that were a little bigger than this to catch the size of mice and chipmunks. The setting of it is pretty easy. I really like that aspect. But, I don't understand why bigger ones aren't being make by this company. People also have problems with chipmunks and squirrels.

    Sometimes It Works!

    This is well worth the money if you are serious about humanely catching mice; the one that I caught was completely uninjured (and adorable). There isn't much of a learning curve with this product, either - it has a simple design that is easy to figure out. The price is great, too. The one caveat is that visiting mice don't always set it off. I've placed small treats at the very back, and they've been eaten without setting off the mechanism that shuts them in.

    Very good product

    Well worth the money. I caught 3 mice in 3 days and now I cannot find any more. I was hoping for some more fun but it is probably better this way. Pleasantly surprised at how well it worked and how easy it was to set.
