All I can say is this Kona roasted coffee is the best yet to date I have ever had hands down. I ordered 3 lbs and I am sharing with family so I cannot wait to try the other options. Tried contacting seller about beans being old, tasting poorly to the point I won’t use them and being off colored. I was told it was because of the type of coffee I bought. I am no coffee connoisseur but I know the difference between drinkable and not. Didn’t get any offer of help from the seller about what I believe to be a poor and “old” batch of beans. I longed for the Hawaiian Kona coffee I had in Hawaii and though I expected some difference … it wasn’t to this extreme. Birthday gift to me

Customer contacted us explaining that she had bought a coffee in Hawaii and it was dark and oily but, since our coffee was not oily it was not fresh. We explained to her that she bought a medium roasted coffee and only dark roasted coffees are roasted dark and oily. She doesn’t understand the two roast available are Medium Roasted Coffees that are tan in color and Dark Roasted Coffees that are black and oily. Doesn’t want to return just wants a refund or damage our feedback. OK
