    Great WW2 Sub Film

    Glenn Ford plays a great role. He actually torpedoes his new baby and wife in the line of duty. I thought the dialogue/writing for the "black out" 3 day period was very interesting. Someone under all that pressure would just "black out" for a period of time. This would help their thoughts and emotions catch up to the stress that would be caused in the war. It was also interesting how the Admiralty handled this condition. All in all a vehicle for keeping high morale for the American people.

    GREAT WAR MOVIE EXCELLENT FOR 1958

    I think this is as it has always been GREAT MOVIE depicting Glenn ford and other great actors in this war epic of submarines and battleships, Getting rid of the japanese that were greedy and malicious in attacking Pearl Harbor,Hawaii Dec 7th 1941, taking the war to the enemy of the U.S.A and keeping us free.action packed.Good overcoming evil and being victorious.Great Movie for all time...Enjoy

    I BOUGHT THIS MOVIE FOR 2 REASONS, I LOVE WATCHING THE CLASSIC SUBMARINE WAR MOVIES AND THIS MOVIE IS EXTREMELY RARE! IT IS HAS NOT BEEN PUT ON DVD AND IT ONLY COMES ON VHS AND FINDING IT ON VHS IS EXTREMELY HARD. I ALSO BOUGHT THIS MOVIE BECAUSE OF ITS CONDITION BEING ALMOST NEW.

    Torpedo Run VHS

    Loved this movie from long ago. I am stumped that no one offers this movie in DVD format. If any one knows who offers this movie in DVD or Blu Ray please let me know. This VHS version was very good quality considering the age of the tape. Aloha.
