I am extremely disappointed because the gingerbread house did not arrive in time to use it for Christmas. I ordered it on 12/12/23 and it did not arrive until 15 days later on 12/27/23. It sat with the seller for 5+ days before it was shipped. When I ordered it, the estimated delivery date was by 12/21/23. I think it’s reasonable for to accept a return or refund some of the money. I contacted the seller and they refused to either allow a return or issue a partial refund. Poor customer service.
