I won't blame the seller for that the item was lost during the delivery. However, the seller's response is disappointing. Slow responses, useless information provided when responded (telling me the tracking label which I have), making me go to USPS to check status instead of asking the carrier. Eventually, seller agreed to refund, but issued me a return label to ship back the Item I have never received. I had to dispute through ebay. And ebay notified me that the seller didn't respond the case.

The seller reached out to me prior to shipping sataing the stirrer was missing but they’d replace with another and I was totally fine with their solution. I believe the item arrived with the original stirrer so even better!
