Hello, I have just received the article in question which I have just installed but apparently it does not work.... the CPU heats up a lot but the fan does not trigger... it emits a noise like tack but does not cannot turn to cool the CPU... likewise the fan we do not see any voltage it does not conform to the image on the site...
