    What a lifesaver!

    I had a severe sprained ankle and bought this at my doctor's suggestion. What a life saver it is. I really supports the ankle and when I take it off I regret it. The way it's designed, it has several ways of supporting you. First the laces like on a high top sneaker, you can adjust to how tight or lose you need them to be. Then the figure 8 straps give added support and they are 'locked in' with an additional strap. Once on, it stays in place all day long. I generally wear mine for a solid 12 hours and I forget it's even on. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
