KNS wasted my time with an e-mail round of SNARKY comments. SENT a 7/16" diameter puller instead of a 9/16" diameter puller. Did not understand the difference. Do not mark the product container with any size notation. Tried to recruit me to do their purchasing. Did state that they could send the correct puller but that it is too late. You are right KNS, it is too late. I wouldn't buy a $10 toothpick from these people. Have fun changing your e-bay name.

'Boomer' first contacted us stating we sent a 7/16 puller. We do not offer or make a 7/16 puller. We asked for a picture and some clarification on what was the issue with the one sent and instead of responding he went right to insulting us, our products, and our business.
