I would usually wear 10or10.5. 2. The shos are advertised as round toed however those delivered are long,narrow and square toed. 1 am very disappointed. I live 20 miles from nearest town and always buy online since I need to stay home and care for my wife full time as she suffers from a long term disabling illness. Please advise how this issue c an be resolved.

They did not look as pictured - no curve in the insoles. I contacted the seller to return the items, and they quickly came back and were happy to authorise an immediate return. Happily, my daughters preferred the style sent so return wasn't required. As with the other pair the canvas was initially stiff and a bit uncomfortable but will improve with wear.
