Unfortunately, the part did not fix my issue and I was able to return and promptly received my refund. Please note: Lexus told me I needed a new radio, but come to find out, it was just a loose wire. If it had been the radio, I fully believe it would have fixed my issue. So, I had to return it due to a mis-diagnosis from Lexus, not the radio. Very good product and vendor!
