    Mind your bearing

    It was relatively easy to use these parts to fix the gears in an old but excellent ratchet, The only issue is getting the bearing back in under spring tension (see videos). I ended up using the old gear reversing latch with all the other new parts. Someone else might have been able to load the bearing with that new piece but not me. In any case that part was just fine so the long-broken ratchet is now in fine working order.

    Love my Craftsman 1/2 inch drive ratchets !

    Even though I have not used this particular ratchet. It is identical to others I have. I keep them with each of my vehicles and gave them to my sons for the same purpose. With a cheater pipe over the handle there is no lug nut that can not be loosed and taken off. And they are much easier to use than a standard lug wrench or the oem factory one.

    Sears 1/2" Ratchet

    Great strength if you need more leverage add a pipe to make it longer and this ratchet will keep working it won't break it has removed some of the most stubborn of lug nuts and even surprised me. broke several other ratchets doing the same thing but not this one!! Worth all the money and then some.
