Seller hounded me for payment and then when I paid a day later I didn't hear a word from them again. The backpack that I ordered was marked as shipped with tracking. The tracking never updated and I had to open an ebay dispute case to get a refund. Other reviews show similar seller behavior as described above. I wouldn't do business with this seller again.

took some time for shipping (cuz , seller has handling time window of 4 or 5 days before being shipped) , however once shipped ,it takes about 2 biz days (i least for me). i would have gived 5 stars if wasnt for that(all in all i received the item 7 days after i paid . but other than that , the product came fast (once shipped)in pristine new condition. i still recommend it though. seller replied Asap on my inquiry regarding why shipping taking a little long. , thumbs up. i give it 4.5 stars
