    Do not do business with this company. Listed product as BRAND NEW PRODUCT, see here ebay item #122446498159 "Cardboard Packaging Show Signs Of Wear-BRAND NEW PRODUCT" Was missing parts. After many messages back and forth, no resolution on getting all parts to make a complete kit. Did receive the bottom connecting parts. Was issued a partial refund, but I'm still out $85 and no working product. Added pictures of missing parts as listed on the installation diagram. Buyer beware.

    Buyer receiver a refund MORE THAN the item is going for from other sellers, Buyer was sent parts that we had after checking a spare unit . AND i checked the item listing AND THE PARTS ARE SHOWN. Buyer was asked to check if the parts fell in the box. claims they didnt. we worked fast and diligently to get a resolution. refunded X3 the cost of a resolution(over 70% of the order) BEWARE OF this malicious buyer. we have nothing but great feedback from our customers. Did more than be generous.

    I stand by my experience and statement. They sold something listed as NEW and expected me to locate the missing parts they couldn't provide by searching ebay. There should have been more of a refund. If you list something as NEW it better be NEW and have all the parts.
