phone came on time and was new as mentioned. but one minor thing to notice which is not mentioned by the seller is that although its gsm unlocked it is from METRO which doesn't put any limitations on the phone but it is a little annoying when you turn on the phone and get that metro logo and sound, other than that im very satisficed from the purchase.
