At first the seller was easy to deal with, we quickly reached an agreement on a partial refund due to issues with some of the items I purchased. The seller then promised to send the refund several times, but each time no refund was made. Then he went MIA and I had to get eBay involved, the seller didn't surface again until the 11th hour when ebay was about to take over. Then, and then only did the refund actually get sent. A simple purchase turned into a lot of hassles, all were seller based
