Advertised a “brand new” infant car seat and stroller, but sent us one that was nearly three years past the expiration date (i.e. the date after which it is no longer safe for use). Refused to accept responsibility or even pay for return shipping and forced us to open a case with eBay. eBay ultimately resolved the issue, but the whole ordeal caused tremendous stress and inconvenience. Buyer beware.
