Shipping time very slow. Seller created the label quickly but didn't ship for over a week. I messaged them was told they would check with post office, days later messaged again was told shipping should update that day. Few days later messaged again, no reply until after finally delivered, then told we ship in bulk so it takes time for items to update. I still left positive feedback because other than slow shipping item was great, brand new oem part, fit perfect, couldn't be happier with product.

I ordered and paid for Two emblems. I only got one in the package and it did not look brand new, it had fingerprints and a scratch in the molding. In a way that is permanent. I tried to contact the Seller and they said they would fix it. After many days of sparse communication, It makes me believe that they have no intention of making this right and are just waiting for the return policy to expire.
