I contacted the seller to let him/her know an item was broken in shipping. He/she said she’d give a partial refund. I contacted Him/her to let her know I have not received this, still no refund.
Also seller told me to file an insurance vlaim with USPS which requires the shipping receipt. I asked for this and seller would not supply. I would not buy from this seller again.

Disappointed with this item, the listing did not include the fact that the bottom of bag was covered with mold/mildew & had some small holes in the bottom. I will take some responsibility, since I did not ask if there was any damage & I should have. The seller also shipped the item without giving any of effort to clean it out first. It had dirt & used screws inside. In the end, we could not give this item as a gift as intended since it was moldy. Seller did not respond to communication about it.
