My bike has Fox 40s. I had to drill out the bolt holes on the mount slightly to fit, but was easy. Not blindingly bright, but good enough, which I like because it won't be too obnoxious to people walking on trails after dark. A little light bleeds out behind the bezel which makes it seem a little cheap, but it's worth what it costs, and still recommend it.
