The metal shield slid over the new SSD easily without having to unwrap it. Excellent product, professional packaging, and super quick shipping. Highly recommend this product and seller if you are looking to upgrade your Steam Deck SSD. I saved about $200 upgrading the 64gb model. Thanks!
