My only concern is it didn't come with the USB cable and the box was partially opened, although I don't think the USB cable is included cause it does work off wifi., good thing I do have internet and regarding the open box the mail man said it didn't have enough tape. Thanks for your feedback! Printers don't usually come with printer cable. You'll have to buy it separately. It's a long way to PR. The tape must have been partially damaged on the road. I don't like to double tape printers because doing so can make the printer look like used. Hope this helps!

Very easy set up ...Just have to go step by step and you will have no problems at all. Would only purchase this item as brand new...Had issues with a previous purchase from someone else which was an open box so I learned my lesson. I have not actually used it only to do a test printing and scanning and both were easy to do and quality on both. Pretty sure this was a wise purchase. Wrong ink, how to fix
I put the ink that comes with it in the ink tanks and had to watch a lot of You Tube to figure out how to get it out. I think a cautionary statement in the box would have helped me to know that i needed to disregard the instructions and put in the sublimation ink since that is what I bought it for.. Other than that, I think it is a great product and would recommend it to someone interested. I'm giving it a "it's ok" review because, I was very stressed for quite a while until I found a video that told me how to fix the problem. This is a great printer so far. The software isn't bulky (though I'll admit I wish the interface was a bit better). I also wish the printer screen was bigger. Some of the functionality is a bit redundant. I love that it's easy to print from email (you can email an attachment to the printer itself to print!) Or print from a cellphone. It's a bit loud but what home printer for this price wouldn't be? I think this printer will save waste and money on ink in the long run so that makes me happy.This is a great printer so far.
