All down to Royal Mail who didn't tell the seller or me of what was going on. The empty packet was returned to sender and Ola arranged for a replacement to be sent, which arrived on time as expected. The item itself is perfect for what I needed it for. In new condition, great value and very easy to fit and remove the filter, even with both hoses fixed; the top unscrews easily. Very pleased..

Items were as described, The royal mail postal tracking was next to useless reporting "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item", even after the delivery.
