Seller was very responsive upon my inquiry. Computer was packed well and in great shape upon receipt. It has some minor wear-and-tear but nothing noticeably eye-catching. I would buy from this seller again in the future.

However, listing didn't mention that it didn't have keyboard backlight and also laptop outer cover, palmrest and trackpad covered in textured decal. Contacted seller, who apologized and offered partial refund of $20 which I accepted and took a while to receive.
