    Sold as NEW. Received Thermometer in Package BUT the plastic Covering was Cut Out at Bottom with scissors so Seller can Test each Unit to make sure it works. And in doing so they lost & did not include the Rubber Insert that protects the Unit from the elements when on outside window. It should have been listed as "Open Box Missing Parts". In 25 yrs on Ebay this was the most Stupid. If I Sell Cookies do I open box first? Seller WasTotally Unreasonable. Item has no Rubber Protection. No Refunds.
