Item did not work, I returned the item to the seller using the return packing slip provided BY the seller. The item was returned to me saying it could not be delivered. The seller gave me no assistance in returning the item even after I took pics of the item, asking if this was the wrong address and asking for a new return slip. I opened a dispute at 3:30 AM and by 7:00 AM I recieved a refund from ebay, still have not heard from the seller.

Buyer did a return to sender on the item he “returned.” Kept the item and the cash. I’m in the process of reversing this fraudulent return. The buyer is lying when he said I wasn’t responsive, he opened a return without messaging me, as eBay recommends, he immediately shipped the item after opening the return case. After I saw the return case opened I immediately messaged him and assured him he would be refunded once the item is delivered to me. Placed a return to sender, kept the item & the $

    Really, it's a replacement remote. Chances are, you lost or broke yours and you're getting another. Ebay's automated system sent me an email asking to review and rate this remote, so, here you go. If your remote is lost or broken, ebay's a great place to find an exact replacement.     Great Replacement Remote for the Panasonic Mini Systems

    I recently ordered a Panasonic Mini System that didn't have a remote and this remote just so happens works with this Mini System. It is not exactly the one that comes with this system but it works with it (doesn't have all the controls that the original remote has) and that's what counts. Would recommend this remote to anyone looking to replace one for a Panasonic Mini System. It should be compatible and work.

    Panasonic Remote for Stereo System

    The remote works fine. You do need the directions from the stereo manual to use it properly. However, once learned, it is easy to use.

    The remote works as expected. Years ago when I purchase my Panasonic Stereo the remote never worked properly. I'm very happy with the entity who sold me the unit. They were fantastic. I received my remote in two days w/o needing to pay anything extra. Wish I could remember their name.

    Compact,lightweight & in like-new condition.

    The remote made it possible ( with the help of manufacturer's instruction manual ) to access all the features of the Panasonic SA-PM18 mini stereo system. I'm very glad I was Able to locate the manufacturer's remote for this system.( model EUR7711020 ).
