Item was listed as “open box.” The definition is that the item is “an item in excellent, new condition with no wear…”I received a used case with significant scratches, use, and diminished battery. Used cases like this are available for less, however, I bought through this seller with a premium price because it was supposed to be “open box.” When I contacted the seller they made no offer to fix it, but said that I could pay to return it. This kind of seller prevents me using eBay more often.

Item just as described. There was an issue with shipping where it showed a shipping label had been created but the post office had not updated it as received. The day I contacted the seller they were able to contact the USPS to find out what the hold up was and assured it was received by me within 3 days. They did a great job resolving the problem quickly.
