The packaging was damaged on arrival that got me worried but there were two more layers of packaging underneath keeping the guitar safe. String tension was relieved, everything wrapped nicely. All brand new in original packing with papers. Honestly, you couldn’t do better. Extremely happy with it. Simply Japan.
