So far very pleased. The motor and capacitor were packed very well. The bearings felt very smooth, and it runs quiet. I was impressed that the four nuts that hold the motor to the grate threaded on with no problem. Often when a new part replaces an American made part, the threads are metric vs SAE. With this unit, it truly "bolted in." All in all, very good quality. Took a little over an hour to install; a helper to hold the heavy motor beats trying to do it solo.
