It arrived in great condition. Package was secure and covered well. The Laptop is new and works perfectly out of the box. They even provided a free Epic game and I didn't even know it came included. They sent the redeem code in a separate email a couple of days later and was able to redeem the game. Had the laptop now for about a month and it's been working great! The seller is reliable and would defiantly buy again.
