Box arrived missing one of the items, the one item I did receive was not as pictured, whereas it was completely missing the end cap to the cane. I tried over 2 two days to sort this out with the seller but was met no resolution and no acknowledgement of the piece differing from the photo. This is the first negative feedback I have ever left on this site and have been a member for several years.
