Seller knowingly shipped damaged item, which is disappointing since I asked him about the condition of it prior to purchasing and he told me it was “brand new.” The pictures on the listing do not match what I received in the mail. The item is scratched and majorly broken. Because I foolishly trusted this seller, I missed the opportunity to purchase from another person who was selling the same item. The seller quickly offered a refund and never denied that he was aware the item was broken prior.

Why would any seller knowingly, list, package, and ship a damaged item? I believed the bank to be new old stock. Buyer declined my offer to test it prior to shipping. Buyer claims a piece was broken, despite that it was intact when shipped. I accepted the buyer's initial claims to have been made in good faith, so I offered her a full refund. After I led her to the refund page, she left this ridiculous feedback. Her libelous claims about my state of mind render her feedback subject to removal.

I filed a complaint with eBay.They’ve reviewed our messages and confirmed what I’ve written is accurate.Seller has tried to bribe me to change my negative review,and even went as far as threatening to sue for libel.I’m sure this isn’t the first time he’s done this,which makes me question his positive reviews.I’ve never had any issues with sellers prior.The seller sold me an item in a clear box. There’s no way he didn’t see the damage prior to shipping.He then incorrectly processed my refund.
